It resembled the coziness of the bed and breakfast hotel of Europe.

The wireless did not work in the lower floor.

The hotel had a warm and cozy air to it, resembled the European bed and breakfast ones. The staff was friendly.

Friendly staff and nice rooms.

Couldn't get internet access in our room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Non smoking room really smelled fresh. (Some hotel non smoking rooms still have a smoke odor.) Breakfast was pretty good and had lots of choices.

Excellent location, everything was clean.

Hotel shows a lot of wear and tear due to age, a renovation wouldn't hurt.

A clean and nice hotel in the heart of Los Alamos. Shows some signs of "wear and tear", but is perfectly acceptable for a 2 star.

Bathroom. I somehow got a handicap bathroom.

Bed pillows were flat. They need to be replaced.
